📍 Address Issues
Wrong Address
Email us immediately at support@PopNya.com with your order number. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply.
Unable to Deliver
We're not responsible for failed deliveries due to outdated contact info or unavailability at the address.
Hotel / Temporary Address
Not recommended. We cannot guarantee delivery or accept returns for failed deliveries to such addresses.
Multiple Addresses
