🔍 Product Quality

As a reseller, we carefully source products to ensure authenticity. For non-blind box items, we inspect for defects before shipping. However, we are not responsible for original manufacturing issues, including:

  • Repeated designs in a full set

  • Quality issues from the official brand

  • Misprints or similar factory flaws


📦 Packaging & Shipping Damage

We pack all items in sturdy carton boxes with bubble wrap for protection. However, due to unknown factors in international shipping, we do not offer refunds or compensation for damage to the original product box during transit.


🎥 Unboxing Video Required

To assist with any after-sale issues, please record a continuous, unedited unboxing video when you open your package. We cannot process claims without this video.
